Venue Details

The Campmeeting

At this time, this venue can accommodate 50 people, it is important that you register.  Also note, that we need many hands to help with food preparation and clean up:)  It's going to be a blessing working side by side.

The location for the campmeeting is our property and this ariel view was taken several years ago.  It probably won't be quite so green and full May 1-10 and the food won't be growing outside of the greenhouse like it is in this picture. Tents will be set up I THINK we are going with the area in the upper left of the picture in the tree line.  The parking lot and driveway is currently much larger than pictured. This is a homestead, so there is lots of projects going on all the time, which provides opportunities  for "mini workshops" if there is any interest in agriculture/gardening, bee keeping, logging/milling, etc.

We have a to do list to accomplish before May 1:(big Praise to God for those signed up to help!!)

Early March:

1) Finish porch rails and steps on main house (location of the kitchen we will be using and dining area) Clean up.

2) Major clean up on the south property line (right side of picture)  to allow 3 more RV spots and also redo the culvert on this driveway.  UPDATE (Feb 26, 2026): Just been approved to run new electric service to wooded area, looks like we will have 3 or 4 RV spots dont wait to register:) Septic modifications being planned.  Please keep progress in prayer.

3) Finish up paint and trim on house and out buildings.

Early April:

1) Build the sauna/shower house (12x20)The bee hives are in the spot the sauna is going to go, but we are 1\2 way there to moving them.  New stand being built now.

2) Possibly building a shelter with electric (instead of renting a meeting tent) If time should allow. Email sent to tent rental place, waiting on pricing and details. (2-27-26)

Please pray for a miracle of dry ground so we can work freely and enjoy the camp better

The Evangelistic Meetings

The venue for the evening evangelistic meeting (May 4, 6pm- May 9 6pm) has not yet been fully decided.... we are penciled in at the Bicentennial Park this location is allowing us May 4-May 7, but we must move for May 8 and May 9 as it is reserved already that weekend.  God will provide:)

Option 1) Southeastern Indiana Produce Auction building (5 min away) pictured below:

Option 2) Holiness Camp property (15 min away) pictured below:

Option 3) Bicentennial Park.  A spacious park and natural amphitheater located directly on the Ohio River, frequently hosting large community events.

UPDATE Feb 26, 2026 we are penciled in at this location for May 4-7 but they are booked May 8-9 so we would have to use a shelter house down the road for the last 2 meetings.  This option is actually free, but we will need a sound system of some sort for the evangelist... and people will have to bring camping chairs or a blanket for themselves.  It is a beautiful spot by the Ohio river. Evangelism team can walk the river inviting people to come hear the message as it's going on.

Please pray for Bruce, veteran canvasser, who has committed to work the soil February-April in anticipation of this out reach.  UPDATE Feb 25th Bruce hit about 30 homes today and he wasnt warmly received except the last house the family bought many books, the Fisher family.  Although the homes Bruce hits may not be at the evening meetings, the prayer is that God honors the efforts made and stull bring people to the meetings:)

Pray also for the evangelism team who will be working a week prior to the event and during the meetings knocking on doors and working parking lots with literature and flyers.
