Day 1 (May 1)

Attendees should arrive early as possible even day before is fine.  There is much to prepare so many hands make light work:)  Please print the schedule

What to expect:

8am Tent set up, get settled, port pots, camp kitchen, water station.

9am Food preparations for Friday evening, Sabbath, Sunday... (5 meals plus communion)

11am Evangelism team out reach/send FB announcement for evening meeting that start May 4th. Pass out flyers 1-2 hours

1pm Assist arriving attendees with tents, parking, tour.

2pm Final kitchen clean, store prepared meals (5 meals plus communion)

3pm Soup available for anyone coming in hungry (informal)

5pm Welcome meeting (Bro. David Barron) and ordinance of communion and humility

8pm Fire Side Testimonies

9pm Quiet Hours
