Day 1 (October 26)

Attendees should arrive early as possible even day before is recommended.  There is much to prepare so many hands make light work:)  Please print the schedule

What to expect:

8am Tent set up, get settled, port pots, camp kitchen, water station.

9am Food Preparations

11am Evangelism team out reach/send FB announcement for promotional events ie: Bro William Wyatt (Discoveries of Ron Wyatt) and Bro Hoffman (Virtual Reality) Evening Evangelistic Meetings downtown will be suspended for fall convocation and resume Spring 2027. 

1pm Assist arriving attendees with tents, parking, tour.

2pm Final kitchen clean, store prepared meals 

3pm Soup available for anyone coming in hungry (informal)

5pm Welcome meeting (Bro. *speaker TBA*) 

6pm Tabernacles, a study of Our Campmeetings EGW

8pm Fire Side Testimonies

9pm Quiet Hours
